Visit from Grandparents

KayeGranny and Grandaddy came up for the evening on Thursday. They took us out for a great dinner and we had a wonderful visit. Here they are with Jack right after his bath.

Ready...Set...Hike!

Jack loves the television. Clint is so proud because Jack will actually watch football with him! They look like two peas in a pod. Here's Jack sitting on the rug watching the game.

Sitting up!

Jack is sitting up by propping himself pretty well. He still falls over after a while, but he loves the world from this view!!

I wanna be a crawler...

Jack wants to crawl so bad! He has the motion down; he's just not strong enough to get those legs underneath him. It's so cute, though!

Visit from Grandfathers

Bro. Curt (PawPaw) and Mr. Terry (PaPaw) came to visit this weekend. Jack really enjoyed their company, and so did we! Thanks for the great meal and good company.

We took this picture before going to church this morning. Jack loves to sit up. He still needs some help, but he's getting there!

Walker Mississippi Ranger

Saturday night we bought Jack a walker. He can bear all of his weight on his legs, and loves to "stand up" with support. We thought he would really enjoy a walker so he could explore the house. Well, he loves the toys on the walker.....

There's just one small problem...

Poor thing just cannot reach the floor! He can streeeetch one foot to touch the floor (as you can see), but his other foot is a good 6 inches off the ground. He's only happy in the walker for a couple of minutes, then he's frustrated. I guess we'll put the walker up for another month or so! In the first picture you can probably see his two bottom teeth that have come in. Many more to come!
