International Moving Company
We no longer live in Starkville! All of our belongings are in a storage building in Alexandria until we can move into our apartment in a couple of weeks. For right now, we are living in Dry Creek! Our good friends in Starkville helped us load the Budget truck. Here's where they are all from: John - Sturgis, MS; Leanne - Gulfport, MS; Lloyd - Pennsylvania; Kristen - New York; Prakash - Nepal; Dung Bao - Vietnam; Nathan - Soso, MS. We thought it was funny that everyone was literally from all over the world. We couldn't have done it without their help!

Field Day 2008
The Friday after MCT every year, Lee Middle School has a field day! The kids compete in tug of war, volleyball, and all sorts of races. It is a blast! The past two years have been such a learning experience for me. I could fill a thousand blogs with stories and life-long lessons that I have learned during the 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 school years. It has not been an easy journey, but I am so thankful for our merciful God who has brought me through it!
Here are some pictures from Friday.

Update!
Sorry I have neglected the blog lately. Here's an update on what we've been up to:
We are moving to Alexandria, Louisiana in three weeks! Clint has taken a job as a forestry consultant, and I will be teaching at Alexandria Senior High. We have found an apartment to rent for the next six months. The Lord has really blessed us by allowing everything to fall in place so far. The apartments are wonderful and they are just a mile from ASH and 1 1/2 miles from Calvary Baptist Church, where we hope Jack will be going to daycare. The apartments have TWO bathrooms, which we are REALLY excited about, and they also have a pool and a fitness center. At first I was not excited about the idea of being in an apartment, but now I am amazed at what God has provided for us.
We've started to pack up the house little by little. We are moving May 27th to a storage building in Alex. We're going to leave our stuff there because our lease does not start until June 13th, which is another wonderful thing that has fallen into place. Clint's parents are going to be in Africa for three weeks and are graciously allowing us to stay at their house until our apartment is available. I have a feeling we'll be picking a lot of vegetables and bushhogging, but I'm excited about being in the country for a few weeks!
Well, I'll leave you with a recent picture of Jack. He loves goldfish.
